Shannon is one of the most dedicated professionals that you will ever encounter. She started her career at 16 working in a residential group home and has impressed families and colleagues alike with her work ethic, dedication, and compassion for those that she serves. During her sophomore year at St Joseph’s University she was introduced to the field of ABA. Working closely with families is her specialty and she brings an unparalleled level of skill to her work. Shannon’s goal has always been to inspire those associated with her to excel and reach their full potential. Almost all of the BCBAs have started working with Exceptional Learning as behavior therapists and have been supervised through graduate school earning their BCBA.
Shannon assumes and embraces responsibility. She does everything in her power to ensure that her clients and staff receive the level of support and guidance that is required. She has three amazing daughters with her husband of 15 years. It is this family mindset that carries over to the staff and families we work with every day. When she is not at work she can be found cheering her girls on the soccer field or traveling around the world.
